Pricing is fair and reflects the actual value of the product so that customers have realistic expectations.
At Gulf Vibes, we follow a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.
Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Replacements are processed only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
If a replacement request is made for a non-faulty product (or after the 7-day period has expired), additional shipping charges may apply:
Within UAE: AED 25
Outside UAE (GCC region): Charges may vary depending on courier service
Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., product out of stock).
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refund charges (if applicable) include:
Fulfillment & initial shipping cost: AED 15 (within UAE)
Pickup & processing cost: AED 10 (within UAE)
For international orders, refund charges may vary depending on courier fees.
In rare cases, such as payment fraud, duplicate transactions, or delivery security issues, Gulf Vibes may initiate a refund directly to the customer. In such cases, Gulf Vibes will bear the operational costs, but the original transaction amount will be reversed.
Certain items (e.g., personal care, hygiene, customized, or clearance sale products) are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Refund/replacement requests made beyond 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all included accessories/manuals.
